The Bellevue is still struggling to get its first Michelin star and are a few steps behind the two leading restaurants thats been rewarded with one Michelin star eatch in Prague. If you get the chance you should visit them both as well as The Bellevue.
From my point of view there is a lack of interest in service level, dont get me wrong but its not sublime as it should be on a top notch restaurant.
The food is ecxellent but they lose points on things like lack of promptness.
